Shipping Policy

A note before you order

Every piece I make is created slowly, by hand, with intention. When you bring one home, I want it to arrive safely and I want you to love living with it. If something isn't right, please reach out. I'll always do my best to make it right.

Processing time

Each piece is carefully packed by hand. Please allow [3–7] business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Larger original pieces may take longer to get prepared for shipment. If so, I will personally contact you with the email you used while checking out. Once it's on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

During launches, holidays, or busy family weeks, packing may take a little longer. I'll let you know if that happens.

Shipping within the United States

Orders ship via USPS with tracking.
Delivery within the US usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and free on orders over $50.
Original artwork is insured for its full purchase price.
Pieces over $500 may require a signature on delivery.

International shipping

I ship original artwork mostly worldwide. Shipping rates for your country are calculated at checkout. If you live outside of the US and have trouble placing an order, please contact me and I will help you out.

For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending where you live. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. I have no control over delays at customs.

International orders can be returned under the same 14-day policy below. Original shipping and any customs fees or duties you paid are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please ship returns with tracking and insurance.

How your art is packed

Every piece is wrapped with care in protective materials and shipped in a sturdy box or rigid packaging. Glass and framed works get extra padding and are marked fragile. Please open your package gently and keep the packaging until you're certain you're happy with your piece, in case you need to return it.
