Return Policy

I gladly accept returns or refunds if you contact me within three days of receiving your item. If the item is damaged, please send photos and depending on the item I will either refund you or have you return the item.

Custom items such as painting commissions can’t be refunded, as it is created specifically for you. But during creation, I will keep you updated on progress of the custom item so you are happy with it before it is finished.

I want you to be happy with your art product and will do my best to make that so! Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
