“In The Wind”

5x7 inches mixed media on thick, 140lb Stonehenge hot press paper.

Featuring a Costa’s Hummingbird native to North America and a real, pressed Aster flower.

This piece was created with alcohol inks, high flow acrylics, collage, pastels, and oil paint. An Aster from my garden was collaged into the piece.

Please note: there is a chance the Aster flower can become less vibrant or change color over time. This is a natural process and will still make the piece special.

How to frame:

This painting can fit in a 5x7 inch frame without a matte. Or frame with a 5x7 inch matte for a frame that will fit the matte (many stores sell frames that come with mattes.

It’s best to frame without the glass so the details can be admired.
